每逢星期五,都會周圍搵吓有咩新餐廳,想同另一半一齊explore一下。K11 Musea都開咗一段時間,但新餐廳數之不盡,當然仲未試得晒。今日就嚟到Dialogue食晚巿,估唔到都幾有驚喜!原來Dialogue都係SP flower & tea room嘅line,所以一入店舖就見到眼熟嘅靚靚蛋糕!見到甜品忍唔住口嘅我,未食正餐就點咗一件日本白桃伯爵茶蛋糕。伯爵茶做base嘅mousse cake唔常見,茶香四散,口感creamy幼滑,切開後仲見到白桃凍,味道非常之夾。嚟到tea house, 又點可以唔試下茶呢?點左一杯茉莉桂花鐵觀音冷泡茶。近年cold brew tea盛行,坊間多數都以綠茶或青茶去浸泡。鐵觀音茶始終係我至愛,有淡淡回甘,而呢個cold brew tea仲有茉莉桂花嘅清香,味道層次豐富,解膩解渴。過咗一陣,正餐茶泡飯就嚟到了。茶泡飯一共有三款,我揀咗汁燒安格斯牛肉茶泡飯。托盤上有一張卡指示食茶泡飯嘅步驟,非常細心。首先可以呷一口茶,品嚐茶嘅香味,再吃一口飯,感覺食材及米飯原味。之後再加入茶湯,享受茶泡飯。令我眼前一亮嘅係個茶湯—栗子煎,皆因佢嘅味道好獨特,清香又唔會

令我眼前一亮嘅係個茶湯—栗子煎,皆因佢嘅味道好獨特,清香又唔會太重味,不會喧賓奪主。下次一定會再嚟試試其他茶泡飯!
