To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

-家七口食晚飯,第二日6人肚痾發燒,已報衛生署,小心小心!昨晚食了辣椒膏炒鮮魷,其中小朋友冇食,所以冇事,其中兩個大人食了最多,發燒去到39度,好在睇完醫生冇事!已經幫襯了很多次,估不到會遇上這種經歷!希望認真改善一下 ,已通報了衛生署,亦都攞晒所有證供,不是需要賠償,只希望唔想有更多人唔舒服,亦都希望餐廳留意衛生,已經幫襯了多年,一直都唔錯,但是這個經歷太差了,全家人有老有嫩,幸好老人家和小孩都沒大問題!希望餐廳留意🙏
