神推鬼㧬之下嚟咗禮記. 餐廳裝修時尚, 座位舒服. 老實講, 我一向唔特別鍾意新派中菜, 之後再講. 今日俾個機會, 挑戰下自己.先講餐牌, 實在花多眼亂. 睇咗一段時間.最後決定食呢個 “套餐”. 貪佢有兩款點心, 有湯, 有出名嘅炸子雞.茶: 食評好多人推介荔枝玫瑰茶 - 瑰荔堂煌. 一於試下. Ok嘅. 有荔枝味, 唔太聞到玫瑰花味. A: 紅菜頭松露野菌餃. 望落去個皮好濕好爛. 食落又唔係咁差. 松露幾香, 菇嘅味道口感調教準確.B: 香茜鹹水角. 皮做得出色, 外脆, 唔會太黐, 唔會太厚. 餡料味道正常發揮.C: 蟲草花螺頭燉烏雞. 夠熱. 味道OK. 有雞湯味. 呢個 “套餐” 嘅份量足夠三人食. 但係得一盅湯 (我覺得係一人份量).D: 紅燒花菇豆腐. 豆腐非常滑. 好食.E: 茅台醉香頂鴿. 酒香唔夠. 味道偏甜. 鴿嘅肉質其實幾好嘅. 結實. 唔會太硬. 唔會太肥.F: 招牌鴻運脆皮雞. 皮脆, 肉嫩. 水準之上.總結一下: 幾個地方影響到我嘅用餐體驗: 好多張餐牌紙, 花多眼亂. 個套餐夠三個人食但係得一盅湯, 匪夷所思. 個茶杯太細, 要不停加茶. 至於賣相,

總結一下: 幾個地方影響到我嘅用餐體驗: 好多張餐牌紙, 花多眼亂. 個套餐夠三個人食但係得一盅湯, 匪夷所思. 個茶杯太細, 要不停加茶. 至於賣相, 我睇返相就明白, 紅紅綠綠, 其實係用嚟打卡. 現場睇, 我覺得麻麻. 可能係我守舊, 唔接受新事物.

整體嚟講, 坐位舒服, 服務周到, 食物OK.
