小店主打雲南菜,原來此店已開業三十年,搬新鋪加入左創新原素,令口味更大眾化。氣鍋雞套餐,包括頭盤小食+氣鍋雞+主菜+主食+甜品或飲品。涼拌金耳:金耳屬於菇菌類,煮熟後冷藏,有D似食魚生,配wasabi和日本豉油食,口感爽滑,清新開胃。香茅豬扒:煎得香口,肉質鬆軟,配青瓜絲,不會有油膩感。山珍氣鍋雞:原個傳統氣孔陶瓷鍋上枱,打開蓋陣陣鮮雞湯撲鼻而來,金黃色既雞汁,加上滑溜既雞件、竹笙、菇類,食落啖啖鮮甜,而且不含味精,實在令人津津樂道。鮮菌蕃茄湯米線:蕃茄湯底用新鮮蕃茄熬製而成,米線掛湯力強,索晒味道濃郁既蕃茄湯汁,酸酸甜甜,仲帶點菇菌香。玫瑰冰冰粉:透明既冰粉,加上芝麻、玫瑰花醬、紅糖水,美味既甜品。總結,食物即叫即做,製作用心,老闆又會關心我哋對食物既意見,絕對值得支持既小店。
