To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

見到譚仔三哥出新野，作為譚仔嘅Fans，一定要狗衝去試下。----------😋辛蒜燒茄子 $19Menu寫住用18種香料秘製而成嘅紅油，再加香濃蒜泥放係茄子面。茄子係完整半條，茄子一上枱已經勁香，小編覺得陣味有d似蒜蓉包，因為蒜嘅份量都幾多幾厚，蒜香勁重。小編唔係好食得辣，估計茄子有5小辣，食到尾好似愈來愈辣，但辣得好惹味，所以會繼續食。因為係即燒，所以都要等一陣先有，唯有食住米線等。😋解辣蘋果酸 $10因為寫明係解辣，唔係好食得辣嘅小編就叫左蘋果酸。蘋果果醋加一片檸檬，好清新，唔會太甜，真係可以解辣，小編可以一路飲一路食哂成份茄子。建議可以小冰，個人認為果醋濃d好飲d。----------🔎譚仔三哥分店
