To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

昨天以上三哥店有員工大庭廣眾剪指甲。點呀！黑衣經理超級hea. 只是自己食飯，無望過佢個場，真心只是來打工。以前三哥姐姐係敬業樂業！人好，talk得，做得！而家三哥，食完勁口渴。5點鐘雖然人不多。都無可能全部姐姐一齊食飯，無人整野食。眼見得四枱客，兩人等外賣。但是大家只見姐姐食飯，完全無人整食物，岀餐。。。。 三哥有停過唔開嗎？如果係就應該關門，落閘。不是我們知道的三哥。真的欠缺員工培訓。真的不想香港三哥沒落。
