To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

實際用餐日期已忘記,大約只記得是新店開張後兩三星期左右當時吃過後想在“開飯”寫食評,但可能新得滯,“開飯”都未有這間店資料一向吃開旺角豉油街及深水埔黃金這兩間店舖,平靚正!而今次聽聞黃埔開了新的“三哥”米線,而又剛好行開黃埔,所以順道去食我跟女朋友各自叫了一碗米線,味道跟我食開的“三哥”很不同,連湯底都不是平時的一樣,慘的事是變差真係無法想像“三哥”變差了,只怪這是新舖,希望店主看過這食評後,有改善。有機會會再去多一次,如果仍然這樣“差”,sorry,只好black list這間黃埔三哥。

真係無法想像“三哥”變差了,只怪這是新舖,希望店主看過這食評後,有改善。
