To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

小西灣終於開三哥米線喇，等左咁耐就梗係要買來試吓啦買咗碗外賣拎返屋企食，要咗魚腐、雞肉，三哥酸辣，原來最小既辣度已經係三小辣。店員好貼心咁幫我將米線同湯分開，等我返到屋企先撈埋一齊。一打開見到個湯底全部紅色，已經心知不妙，因為我唔太食得辣，但又好鍾意辣嘅滋味。撈完米線落去一食，入口係麻既，亦都有辣，辣既後勁係不停踴出黎，好過癮，但同時我都不停咁流汗💦魚腐同雞肉都唔錯，反而配料好似唔多夠，多d腐皮會更加好
