To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 第一次去菜牌名稱新奇,略貴但滿意‧再去一次都ok‧但後來越來越揾苯‧有一次三姐好殷勤推介一條所謂紅斑,話到識飛咁好食,本來賣$248,見我地好傾就收$180,點知原來是不新鮮的死雪斑,油炸後埋個汁,又鍟又難食之餘極之揾苯‧最後去多一次算比多次機會佢喇,佢推介黃金蝦,今次真係幫我决定左以後唔會再幫櫬,死蝦之餘仲用唔滾既油去炸,上到枱凍哂。在途中行出食支煙時遇到隔離枱個食客,我呱呱叫話三姐D嘢唔得又貴,佢話我知原來碟蝦本來佢地叫既,貨不對辨退貨,三姐再張碟虾推介左比我地... 算了,無下次如有朋友想幫櫬三姐, 堅持唔好要佢的所謂揾老櫬推介啦
