作為sukiyaki fan一直都想試多幾間香港的傳統壽喜燒店,今次一訪的 zenpachi 曾3度入選米芝蓮推薦食肆,對於想試sukiyaki而言係不二之選~除有個個廂座的和式裝潢,窗邊的榻榻米亦以廉相間,窗位空間寬敞,最重要係不需繞腿坐,底下有放腳位置呢🇯🇵- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - ๑海鮮刺身沙律 $158前菜想清清喉嚨點左豪華version的刺身沙律,三文魚+拖羅+鯛魚片伴柚子醋汁๑海鮮釜飯 $188釜飯早早送上但原來要花近半小時繼續熬煮,過左20分鐘左右店員會過嚟翻翻略嫌飯粒煮得過軟,會更偏好帶點煙韌感的飯粒口感,底下有微略飯焦,夾雜帶子+蝦+菇,最後加上海膽滲透淡身海鮮風味,不過不失๑ 特選宮崎和牛壽喜燒 A4 $698重頭戲的傳統壽喜燒❗️ 先等鍋中配料如豆腐+金菇+蔬菜水份煮乾,再燒上幾片和牛慢慢吸收醬汁再食五片A4和牛色澤紅亮,油花紋路平均亦亮麗密集,作為A4而言入口比預期中更重油脂香氣,質感不乏細嫩壽喜燒汁甚香濃,欣賞其糖份量恰當,不會過於甜膩,必定要拌上日本蛋汁伴飯食,會變成白飯神偷哦😛- - - - - -
