To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 三德素食媽媽和我二人到位於北角三德素食。我們點了冬瓜酿豆腐泡，三色水晶飽，薄撐，炸饅頭。冬瓜酿豆腐泡是我們的必點之一，清淡的湯汁中夾雜著豆腐和冬瓜，入口容易，讓人吃了感覺清爽又滿足。三色水晶飽是另一道我們喜愛的點心，蓮蓉，奶黃，豆沙，外皮包裹著餡料，每一口都帶來不同的口感和味道。薄撐感觉食落口有啲香草，同埋有啲素嘅虾仁切碎，有少少红萝卜丝碎。最後，炸饅頭是我們的甜品選擇，外酥內軟，香甜可口。
