Restaurant: Three Virtues Vegetarian Restaurant (Kiu Kwan Mansion)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 其實我都幾中意食齋,但我是口齋心未齋,因為D齋舖通常D菜名仍然有魚,牛,羊,豬,哈哈!又去三德食齋,羊腩煲,真的不得不說,食齋仍然用葷菜的名稱真有點奇怪,但用麵筋做成的羊肉又好神似,無論味道,樣貌和口感也和羊腩好鬼似,不得不讚一讚帶有「肉」感的齋煲,當然煲𥚃的枝竹、馬蹄、冬菇和生菜配合得宜才能一再強調這是羊腩煲呢但又真的好好味,而且只在冬天才有,不妨試試!加條「魚」,甜酸松子鰻魚,用紫菜包着粉絲,菜絲,炸脆再加甜酸醬汁,紫菜外皮看起來就像是鰻魚皮,香口又好味,形神兼備,而且五柳甜酸醬可以去一點油膩感覺,加些可口的松子,好吃啊!其實三德素食最吸引我的不是單單那些奇怪的菜名,而是最正的燉湯,用不同的菇菌類燉制的原盅湯,湯料多又潤,每次去也一定叫的,冬菇、黃洱、素肉、竹笙是湯膽,每月配上不同的菇菌,有時猴頭菇、有時舞姬茸,最好味是配蟲草花,好香甜,記得飲燉湯啊!!后記:前菜記得要叫服務員轉菠蘿(只有北角店才有的),好味又開胃^^
