To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

三文魚出事後首試

係三文魚出咗事之後，今次係第一次嚟食熱氣。其實係心入邊都係有少少陰影度，所以今次都係無點生嘅三文魚，點左一份火炙三文魚壽司。哩個迷你飯有一隻大牡丹蝦同元貝粒，我覺得真係好抵食。我最愛嘅海膽魷魚軍艦呢個係蟹膏蟹肉軍艦，我估係新產品？因為感覺以前冇見過。其實食完感覺都還好，不過都係唔食三文魚位上計。有樣嘢我覺得麻麻地，就係我食嗰間係新幹線，依家建議適合用自己電話落單，佢以前係提供一部平板俾人落單嘅。我覺得佢而家連呢個都慳埋，都唔方便客人落單。因為你整得新幹線，當初就覺得好新鮮，依家要食下自己用電話配合埋佢，就覺得佢地公司唔係咁貼心。同埋我唔知佢有啲咩野服務可言，全部都係食客自己落單同自己拎嘢食，又自己倒水，哩10%既服務費，佢都唔知比到啲乜嘢食客。
