To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚在尖沙咀寶勒巷品嚐上海菜,地面入口旁有放滿洋酒的櫃,上十多級後直到大廳,當晚後半部分被包場,大廳內的客人也有七,八成,平日場面也真熱鬧。 跟同行們邊說邊點菜,那時才7時30分左右,旁邊的桌都快坐滿了。 今晚只有3人,吃不了一大鍋的湯羹,以人頭點的“紅燒雞絲翅“最佳之選,湯羹濃稠適中,入口順滑,且魚翅帶咬勁,每條魚翅長度相約,貴氣的開端。花彫醉雞,甫上桌花彫香氣撲鼻而來,雞肉嫩滑再滲入酒香相得益彰。每次必點“賽螃蟹“ 滑滑的蛋白快炒而成,中間夾雜著瑤柱絲,及蛋黃香味加點點醋一起,真的有蟹的鮮味。 秋天應是吃鰻魚的時節,點了“韮菜炒鱔餬“ 秋天的鰻魚都特別肥美,爽口,醬汁可帶出鱔的原味,且不帶泥味。
