今日美食博士想介紹一間廚師發板OMAKASE嘅壽司店,位於銅鑼灣地點方便,鋪面比較細就一張吧枱。廚師發板有三個sets,我就揀咗$380嘅翔SHO,佢有壽司10件、手卷一條、麵豉湯。壽司分別有大拖羅、深海池魚、鯖魚、針魚、赤貝、吞拿魚、金目鯛、火灸左口魚邊、吞拿魚面頰肉、北海道海膽,另外係蔥拖羅手卷。我自己首選係金目鯛、左口魚邊、大拖羅,前兩者都食到火灸後嗰陣燒味,再加埋本身啖啖嘅魚肉味,口感相當好,而大拖羅就大大塊嘅肉,擺上口軟冧冧質感唔錯。海膽壽司啲海膽好足料又香。而手卷嘅拖羅蓉都好豐富,同啲飯一齊食入口即溶。對於我呢啲比較大食嘅人來講唔算話好飽但係食完呢餐係回味嘅。📍雲壽司 - 銅鑼灣聯成商業中心地下B號舖
