To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

由於想吃蝦多士,又聞說奇華茶室的復古裝修,又是三級歷史建築物,又在利東街旁,所以帶了我的外國朋友去。裝修確實古式古香,但食物呢—有待加強,唔好浪費左奇華餅家、裝修、歷史建築物呢三樣咁好的組合...當日點了以下蝦多士—餐廳招牌菜—蝦肉彈牙,多士香脆,可惜多士吸左太多油份,令到咬落去油膩感太重,更甚有如有油「甚」出來的感覺,希望之後會有所進步叻沙—湯底味道十分地道,但我本身喜歡的麵條不是粉絲,味道正正常常正常到正常的蛋撻菠蘿油—菠蘿包的頂皮一點也不脆,一咬下去會粉碎,包又沒有香氣,失望之作一馬來炒蘿蔔糕—馬來味道一般,蘿蔔糕有點韌,失望之作二當日還吃了海南雞飯—雞鞋飯乾完紅酒燴牛尾—味道上算是最豐富的一道,但炆煮時間不足,有些位置還是太硬希望餐廳再努力進步
