To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日行西高山,大家諗下午食咩好我提議去奇華茶室上次我唔記得點解會去唐樓改建,騎樓仍保持以前地磗碧螺春茶非常好飲今次行了6小時山,到達已是3點下午茶唔平,細份,不過好味唯有加粟米石班飯和公司治真係石班,唔係茶記龍脷柳

聖誕套餐已經開始推出啦!等我率先試一試奇華茶室嘅聖誕套餐,而家由12月1日至1月5號,都可以食到呢個豐富嘅聖誕大餐,唔好錯過啦!套餐有頭盤、湯、主菜同埋甜品!前菜有兩款,我揀咗香煎匈牙利鵝肝多士,肥美鵝肝,加埋蕃茄莎莎醬,酸酸甜甜,balance 番成個味道!主菜係山椒汁嫩燒戰斧豬扒,佢嘅豬扒真係好厚身,又估唔到燒得好出色,肉質軟嫩,入面好 Juicy,呢個係我嘅最愛!最後畫龍點睛嘅係雪糕,自家製港式奶茶意式雪糕,茶味香濃!

去開灣仔,所以就試咗呢一間茶室,我已經book mark咗好耐,終於可以一試☺️入到去行嗰條樓梯已經覺得好有特色👍🏻牆上面嘅圖案亦都好有心思🩷好有中國文化嘅味道,值得一讚👍🏻我哋兩個最後冇叫個聖誕特餐,因為驚太飽,所以我哋散叫。職員態度亦好好,無覺得我哋睇餐牌睇咁耐,仲有介紹吓d 食物,比個讚👍🏻然後我哋叫咗個職員推介嘅蝦多士,叫咗個叉燒拉麵,然後每人嗌咗壺茶🫖同埋最後嗌埋呢個超級邪惡嘅西多士甜品。個西多士甜品真係超級好食,雖然好肥,但係真係值得一試。另外叉燒嗰個拉麵個叉燒做得好好,呢個係比我出乎意料之外的😋個蝦多士食落唔會覺得好油膩,多士亦十分鬆脆,唔係度度蝦多士都好食,呢個真係要試!另外嗰兩壺茶,一個係柑橘,一個係薑蜜,咁我哋就享受靜靜地享受咗一個好悠閒又好舒適嘅夜晚。唯獨廁所有d 遠,經過幾扇門先到,但好在都乾淨!

本身想試聖誕餐,去到六點三左右,侍應話無,要預訂,佢話每日得4份,心諗咁快賣哂,唔知真定假,唯有揀其他,屋企人叫左粟米燴石斑飯,味道可以,魚無雪藏味,飯係蛋炒飯底,但係偏細碟,男士們可能會唔飽,以$115呢個價錢略高,我叫左叫晚餐,煎西班牙黑毛豬鞍,加$40蚊有焗海鮮蟹盒&甜品,先上焗海鮮蟹盒,上菜到枱時已聞聞濃濃既芝士忌廉蟹香味,再上黑毛豬鞍,都幾巨型下,滿滿香草味,豬鞍肉超軟熟,一d都唔韌,再配薯條,呢個晚餐就夠飽肚啦,再上甜品係蘋果批配雲呢拿雪糕,蘋果批唔甜mix雪糕一齊做,啱啱恰到好處,成件事昇華左總合評分,環境0k,座枱分佈唔迫,唯獨價錢略高少少
