Restaurant: Tsing Shan Wan Seafood Restaurant

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 家在新界西,所以三聖邨對我來說真是熟悉不過。三聖邨最有名當然是海鮮了!好友聚會最好就係到三聖食海鮮飲啤酒吹下水!今次跟好友們決定嘗試位於三聖商場裡的青山灣漁港,我地先買海鮮,再拎過黎加工食。老實說,我對上址的記憶還停留在嘉彩酒家年代。現在已經大變身了。裝潢設計都新,格局坐位都很舒適。聚會飲酒最好有點送酒小食,酒家提供的「蝦子花生」,這個比平常的花生或魚皮花生都特別好吃,不一會就已經吃光。之後就到我地豐富既海鮮主菜啦,真是十分期待。脆皮鮑魚:這個做法又跟平常的加工不同,十分創新,外皮輕輕炸過好香口,咬落去啖啖肉,又不失鮮味,火喉控制得好,不會韌!椒鹽瀨尿蝦:做得香脆惹味,椒鹽味道唔只停留在殼,連肉都滲有香味,大廚功夫一流,今期瀨尿蝦好正,大大隻,多肉口感一流!青山灣龍蝦:每隻都釀滿厚厚的芝士層,芝士十分香濃,芝士迷不容錯過,半溶的芝士跟啖啖龍蝦肉一起吃,滿足!豉椒炒蟶子煎米粉餅底:豉椒炒蟶子放在中間,味道同平時食到的無大分別,特別的反而是米粉餅底吸了帶有鮮味的豉椒汁,好好食!豉椒汁如果可以多點就更好了。脆骨腩:炸完之後再上汁,每件骨腩外脆內軟,香味一流,魚肉亦很鮮甜嫩滑!鹽焗奄仔蟹:每件
