To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

2022年1月1日 The Ritz-Carlton 再度同Steiff 合作，推出「Steiff 小熊節慶下午茶」，呢個Afternoon Tea set 三層架都係熊仔造形，提起一隻腳，好似做運動咁，相當有趣。底層係擺放4款鹹點，醃鯡魚·馬鈴薯及黑麥麵包配芥末子醬丶經典雞蛋沙律及法蘭克福香草醬配黑麥三文治丶黑森林火腿，煙火雞及醃紅捲心菜配迷你芝上麵包丶龍蝦配香草配肉桂忌廉撻。頂層位置就係德國芝士蛋糕，中間果層係焦糖朱古力配香草栗子樹形蛋糕丶烤蘋果醬配肉桂丁香撻，下層就係榛子及紅醋栗忌康迷你小餅丶黑森林杯。另外仲有原味鬆餅及紅莓鬆餅配果醬及奶油忌廉。當中黑森林杯和芝士蛋糕有酒成份。所有鹹甜點都好好味，好精緻。睇得出德國籍行政總廚Peter Find 花盡心思，設計出這些聖誕造型甜品。大堂酒廊位於102樓，景觀好開陽，坐喺咁高嘅地方食嘢，就好似搭緊飛機一樣，高處望住維港景色，別有一番風味。最後要特別多謝兩位職員Liz 和Lincoln，服務態度非常好，同埋好細心，安排一個比較好的位置給我們。
