怕人多擠逼,當然係遠離鬧市,所以又去堅尼地搵食!今次試咗西貢小姐越南菜,估唔到有另類得著!入到去先係感覺靜靜地幾舒服,其實客人都唔算少,點解可以唔嘈呢?原來鋪入面有唔少玻璃間開,想靜靜地傾下計呢到幾好!坐低就有侍應嚟介紹一下有咩好食,服務唔錯!其實佢講咗唔少知識畀我知,印象最深應該就係咖啡喇!不過呢個留返最後先講!講咗食物先前菜我哋叫咗個越式釀蟹蓋($78),主菜就食火車頭湯河($98),同埋甜品班蘭椰子焗蛋白($58)。釀蟹蓋未上之前侍應先畀刀叉我哋用,因為呢道菜個層次比較豐富,要用刀叉先可以感受到咁話,食落又真係噃!蟹肉絲混合蝦膠釀喺蟹蓋入面,咬落去每次都有唔同層次同埋口感,都幾好玩!至於個火車頭湯河就幾足料,肥牛、牛腩樣樣齊,最啱牛魔王揀。最有誠意嘅,係有好大條牛筋!正!個湯嘅香料味都幾重下,喜唔喜歡就見人見智喇。而個班蘭椰子焗蛋白我個人就好喜歡,我本身喜歡班蘭嘅香味嘅,聞落已經幾舒服,再加上味道都幾濃郁,用料夠哂,每一啖都好滿足!火車頭湯河($98)越式釀蟹蓋($78)班蘭椰子焗蛋白($58)好啦,講返個咖啡,個侍應介紹咗呢到嘅咖啡係按數字分嘅,數字越大味道越濃,2號「發現」咖

班蘭椰子焗蛋白($58)

好啦,講返個咖啡,個侍應介紹咗呢到嘅咖啡係按數字分嘅,數字越大味道越濃,2號「發現」咖啡係比較淡,4號「創建」就比佢濃,如此類推。而最下面、最濃嘅一款叫「貂鼠」($58),就係呢到最推介嘅咖啡喇!大家都知貓屎咖啡啦,即係麝香貓食咗啲咖啡豆豆,經過個胃發酵之後去除咗啲苦味,沖出嚟嘅咖啡就會好飲啲喇!而貂鼠都一樣,只係主角變咗貂鼠仔啫。咁我當然想一試呢隻物以罕為貴嘅咖啡啦,不過飲越南咖啡都有啲嘢要注意,因為佢會用煉奶做底,先喺杯入面放煉奶,再喺其上加咖啡滴漏,唔喜歡甜咖啡嘅人可能會唔鐘意。但係呢個方法真係會令個咖啡好滑,好似我杯貂鼠第一啖飲落去直情同飲緊液態咖啡糖無咩分別,如果要形容就係好圓潤嘅感覺、好甜嘅味道同好濃嘅咖啡香!侍應哥哥話呢隻咖啡似摩卡咁有朱古力味道,又真係幾似,不過更加濃味。就係咁,我就上咗一堂咖啡堂,飲咗個貂鼠咖啡,同埋好想去學下沖越南咖啡喇!
