朋友好鍾意食蝦,亦都好鍾意食點心,所以今次就帶佢去食以蝦為材料的多款點心。每次食點心都必點的鮮蝦燒賣,豬肉餡不會太多肥膏又爽口,加上蝦肉彈牙。黑松露帶子餃皮薄,有淡淡的黑松露香,帶子細細粒,味道都算鮮。米網蝦春卷炸至外層金黃香脆,裏面包著粒粒蝦肉,外脆內爽。再叫多健康的白灼菜心,菜心用鹼水碌過,所以顏色翠綠爽甜。最後一定要食這個很多人推介的燉雙皮奶,上枱時熱辣辣還冒煙,有蛋白香同時又有奶香,而且十分幼滑。整體點心質素有驚喜,全部都新鮮熱辣,而且用料新鮮,下次會再幫襯。
