To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

相約好友在中環吃午飯，揀了這間環境優靜的上海菜，好友是上海人，揀得這間一定有一定水準午市套餐多款選擇，我們選了薺菜餛飩，這個薺菜很少見，我也是第一次吃，味道比較清淡，不太濃烈也沒有濃濃的草青味，好友不錯的推介素菜餃，餃子外皮不厚，一口咬下去，先感受到豆腐的豆香味，食得健康，感覺舒服鎮江肴肉，軟熟的肉質和清新啫喱比例剛好，點上醋味道更上一層樓醉雞配菜飯，醉雞入味，但一點也沒有酒的苦澀味，雞肉嫩滑，保持雞的味道又帶輕微的酒香，可選擇配拾白飯，菜飯，擔擔麵或湯麵，最後選了爽口碧綠的菜飯食上海菜必試的上海小籠包，皮薄薄的，但夾起不會太薄而破，師傅手勢不錯，一口咬落，肉汁豐富，值得一試回鍋肉炒年糕，椰菜切成片片的豬肉和年糕吸收醬汁的精華和豆瓣醬的香味和辣味，非常惹味
