To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

媽咪鍾意食中餐，趁今日得閒就去食屋企附近嘅上海菜🤗午市套餐都幾抵食，我哋Order兩個套餐，加$10轉擔擔麵，再叫多一份小食，都係$200多啲，上海菜來講絕對性價比甚高。小食:脆皮素鵝～即叫即炸，腐皮包住紅蘿蔔木耳絲，內裏有汁，入口都幾Juicy，外皮香脆，媽咪都話高質🙌🏻Set lunch 包一杯餐廳自家製飲品，我哋揀咗凍豆漿和竹蔗茅根水。四喜烤麩(素）～烤麩即係麵筋，吃來口感有勁，醬汁甜甜地，配搭冬菇、毛豆、黑木耳，越食越開胃。醉雞～份量唔算好多，勝在夠酒香，而且雞件嫩滑，入口凍冰冰，唔錯。
