To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日同朋友行左cwb一陣街,都肚餓既...就去左天后搵野食天氣熱口淡淡經過上海弄堂見到又有少少想食上海野就走左入去牆上面都好多好傳統咁既畫,之後坐低左就睇下餐牌有咩食今日叫左3個菜無錫骨,回鍋肉,上海炒年糕無錫骨--肉好有質感,咬落軟骨度好有咬口,肉味濃...份量都好足下,夠晒飽肚上海炒年糕--炒落黎好香濃既醬油味,個年糕有咬口感回鍋肉--肉唔算肥,配料連肉一口咬落去感覺仲正,有椒同蔥非常好配合仲有菜....咁樣食落就冇肥膩既感覺仲有好fresh既感覺...
