To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

阿妹返香港渡假，相信呢兩個月會不停係咁食嘢，通常離開咗香港就會掛住好多香港美食上兩個禮拜去咗上環睇醫生，午餐問佢想食乜嘢，佢話想食上海麵，咁就一於帶佢去歌賦街上海弄堂，食我認為最好味嘅上海粗炒我哋叫咗兩個午餐，再加小食酸辣雲吞上海麵，酸辣湯超級嘢味，配上熱辣辣嘅湯麵，又酸又辣，雲吞皮薄餡靚上海粗炒，喺呢度可以食返小時候冬菇亭師傅爆炒上海粗炒嘅味道午餐包一杯飲品，我哋要咗甘蔗汁，清涼潤喉小籠包，熱辣辣，皮又夠薄，但係絕對唔會一夾就爆，充滿湯汁，10分Juicy上海春卷，熱辣辣卜卜脆阿妹表示十分滿意
