上星期組團食上海菜,配意大利酒🍷個酥炸八寶鴨要早一日預訂,果然無令我失望,整隻鴨起骨再讓入糯米、蓮子、東菇等等材料釀入鴨腔內,做八寶鴨最容易把鴨燜得溶溶爛,但留園把這隻八寶鴨炸得外脆內嫩,確係手功菜,好回味😋最正係年糕炒蟹..... 下面嘅年糕,吸收日月精華,啲蟹膏黐住每一塊年糕,暫時把膽固醇拋開,確是人間美味!

最正係年糕炒蟹..... 下面嘅年糕,吸收日月精華,啲蟹膏黐住每一塊年糕,暫時把膽固醇拋開,確是人間美味!
