To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

上完堂己是七時多，記得附近有一間上海菜館，走去食少少嘢作為今晚晚餐才回家。原來「弄堂」係上海小巷嘅意思，品嚐上海家庭小菜的好地方。看過餐牌，確實有不少上海特色小菜，美食啊！擔擔麵（小辣）湯底顏色看似好辣，只是微辣，增添食肉感。口腔內停留有陣陣花生香味，質感又不會太濃稠。幼身麵條掛湯力不錯, 沾上了湯底精華，簡簡單單，啖啖滋味。小籠包即叫即蒸，熱呼呼的。小心熨口，湯汁爆開，好鮮甜。皮薄餡靚，可蘸少許醋和薑絲，更加味美。
