To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

上海菜之餘，又有飲茶feel

呢間上海菜之前係晚飯時間食過，對呢度都幾有好感，鍾意呢度係食上海菜之餘，又有飲茶feel今日趕住要返公司，就同朋友過嚟呢度外賣lunch打電話過嚟落單，預返時間過嚟攞就得，好方便。香菇烤麩～之前喺其他地方食多數都係凍盤，但係呢度嘅係熱嘅，原來熱嘅烤麩，香味會更加突出。我加$5要咗一份陽春面，令人驚喜，陽春面同湯係分開上，店家用咗雞湯，食嘅時候將麵條泡落湯度，湯頭清澈，味道甘甘地，麵條彈牙👍👍另外見同事們仲點左花雕醉雞菜飯 、蔥爆牛肉 菜飯、回鍋肉 菜飯 疫情關係，冇得同佢地分享，見佢哋都幾高評價，下次我都要試多幾款先😁
