To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

2月最後一日揸住架車四圍兜搵食,去到中環歌賦街食下上海菜,點左咩呢就睇張單啦。其實其他菜呢,味道好正常嘅,醉雞啲肉係比較柴左啲,而小籠包都幾好味既,只不過呢精彩事情就係後面啦.......點解張單冇紅油抄手呢?係因為Waive 單!當第一次上菜,我咬落個陣覺對唔太對路,個心唔太熱,好奇睇下啦.......唔望由自可,一望把__火,啲豬肉係粉紅色原全唔熟。好,我俾次機會你細聲地同侍應講豬肉唔熟,佢同我換過碟,等左超過20分鐘以為第二碟會好啲,點知用筷子了開都係未熟,still RAW!其實你想玩fusion 來個中日crossover 玩埋豬肉刺身,冇問題寫係menu 度就得。但我唔想生蟲囉,唔會有下次!
