To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 上環打工仔食飯既選擇絕對唔算少, 不過我地個個隔一排一定會黎食下先滿足。而家雖然已經唔再係呢區返工,但間唔時黎開中上環又諗唔到食咩就一定會諗起佢。地方同其他拉麵館差不多, 都係較窄,不過佢地有個位放外套,枱下有勾掛袋,我覺得已經算係好好,可以輕輕鬆鬆食餐飯。職員態度亦好好,個個都主動及笑容滿面。麵既款式唔算多,不過每次唔同既期間限定食過幾次都有驚喜,唔岩心水既就可以叫返正常款式:招牌、黑熊、赤熊、魚介熊,本人認為每個都各有好食同特式。但自己食拉麵就鐘意重口味, 所以今次都係會點黑熊拉麵 – 黑蒜油,仲要配火炙肥叉燒先最岩我心意!麵底份量適中,湯底夠濃&杰身,口感好豐富,再加埋燒得岩岩好既叉燒食落有少少脆同油份,真係好好食!!!而店入面既配菜有薑、酸菜、芽菜,我就一定食芽菜,夠辣好開胃, 食完個麵再食多啖芽菜收尾係最滿足。佐敦同上環兩間都食過,我都覺得好好食。希望佢地Keep住做Keep住呢個水準,我一定再支持。
