To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 雖然唔知依家仲有冇呢碗拉麵,但係因為太深刻,所以睇返相簿嘅時候真係值得過嚟寫返個食評。真係好少拉麵店,唔會用廣島蠔去做,係好有特色嘅感覺。唔會好腥,整體係做得好出色好完整。湯底好濃郁,講真已經食咗好多次熊拉麵,目測都一定唔會炒車,但係冇諗過呢個廣島豪拉麵係做得咁出色!整體body係重身嘅,好濃郁嘅蠔味嘅湯底,每一隻蠔都好肥美,呢間拉麵店水準一如既往,只要我想食拉麵通常都會諗起呢間餐廳,超正超正!!

大家冇睇👀錯條題,我亦冇表達錯。話說,我係响d拉麵關注群組睇返來,知道佢都係做博多風拉麵🍜因為我個女好鍾意食豬骨湯拉麵,所以即使响上環咁遠我都襯weekend帶個女來拍住拖一戰。《招牌熊🧸拉麵🍜》未講碗麵本身,先講講點解我會認為佢用心經營。我留意到呢間店,有別於一般博多風拉麵點,佢會比顧客自由選擇麵嘅粗度,同埋叉燒嘅種類,如下圖。而且,唔單止比你揀咁簡單,仲圖文並茂咁提供資訊,你想知又好,唔想知都好,我認為知多d,點都係醒d。再加上,佢有芽菜同高菜比你無限添加,有得揀,先至係老闆,咁啱兩款蔬菜我都係鍾意食,呢下未食碗麵,個印象分先加左。香味 (1/5) - 碗麵一到,睇個相頭,同我一聞落去,我其實心中有數,知道呢碗嘅大概去到咩級數。香味真係欠奉,而且個豬骨湯,百份之二百係業務用嘅現成野,所以就算齋聞個湯,都覺得佢個豬骨味假假地,唔係自己用新鮮豬骨淆嘅骨湯。湯 (2/5) - 同上,業務用嘅現成湯,去到我口中,我好難比得落一個正常嘅分數。不過咁,我本身認為,現成野同好唔好味,都頗係兩回事,而呢個湯個味道其實都幾好味(似杯麵d湯),而且熱度,濃度,䶢度都夠好。我認為 2 分算持平。湯上面有加左佢話係秘製醬嘅醬料,不過講真,食落,佢近乎係冇存在感,我食第二啖起計,我已經忘記左佢,直到睇返相先記起返佢。麵條 (3/5) - 我選擇左要細麵,同硬麵,咁佢呈現出來嘅效果都屬於正常水準。麵味,口感,色澤,型態,乜野都係正正常常。配料 (2.5/5) - 豬叉燒,非常一般。肉質偏硬,肉味普通。我係揀左佢最瘦嘅叉燒選項:梅頭瘦叉燒,我估佢用左豬里脊,但冇處理好。肉瘦同肉韌,都可以係兩回事,我食過好多店 d 叉燒,既瘦,又嫩,又甘香,呢道完全係唔得。溏心蛋就真係可以一讚。雖然佢唔係調味調到好入味嗰種,但個蛋無論係質感,蛋香,生熟度,我認為都係一流。同埋呢,我見到個廚,有刻意放一放個蛋落去熱水道稍為加熱先,令到個蛋入口仲係熱熱地,但流心效果還在,呢個心機我係有放在眼內。木耳絲,就正正常常啦。因為個湯係現成味道,層次係薄弱,我食左一半之後,加左都頗多高菜落去個麵道,出奇地又幾夾,味道層次 up 左一級。另外,講一講餃子🥟。餃子就真係有數圍,都幾好食。有別於一般日式餃子,佢比較大隻同足料,價錢都算合理,我認為係值得試嘅。整體 - 不推薦。不過,基於間店比到我嘅感覺係,有响其他範疇用心經營,職員都好有禮貌,所以一試係無妨,但大前提係你唔抗拒比一舊水食個杯麵級數嘅湯。

呢間拉麵都好有人氣,無論嚟食lunch 定食dinner都要排吓隊。有時唔太肚餓,就會嚟排吓,成碗拉麵就夠飽。叫咗個招牌熊拉麵,配火炙肥叉燒同幼麵。佢嘅豬骨湯底係好濃厚,但就算食哂成碗麵都唔會覺得好滯。火炙肥叉燒夠香燒焦味,雖然係肥叉燒但又唔會成舊肥膏。其實嚟呢度最主要係為咗佢個芽菜嚟,辣辣哋好開胃,最正係放喺枱度俾你無限加,會成日不知不覺夾哂食兜芽菜,要佢再refill🤭芽菜加埋落啲麵度會多咗個口感,食吓食吓就好快食完碗麵。

今日已經係第二次去食。一入門口就聞到燒肉味,因為佢哋會燒肉另外冇試過佢嗰個餃子,下次可以試試流心蛋非常之好食。推介。你咬入去佢個流心係橙色,最好就係佢哋冇切開。至於面嘅份量嘅份量係唔會好飽嘅,但又唔會覺得好肚餓。如果真係唔夠食,可以加份量。兩次都會飲埋個湯,因為真係有好香嘅豬骨味。個湯嘅質地可以掛喺個面上面。另外一提個店員都好好比一個籃我裝住個手袋同書包。所以我真心覺得佢哋服務是不錯。我見有啲評語話佢哋服務麻麻。其實真係唔係。

這一間味道算ok既,前前後後來左幾次。但係今日哩件事之後我唔會再來幫襯。哩間鋪頭既員工真係死腦筋,唔識轉。今日我地來食午餐堂食,五個人唔可以做一張大桌四人位,老闆話甘樣坐危險,我唔明有咩危險,三個人坐一排,兩個人坐一排就得啦。根據我地就分開坐,兩個人坐係另一張台,甘我坐係果個走道就唔危險嗎?路過員工端的湯汁撒到我身上點訓?最後我換位置到吧檯,係五個人坐既size,但係員工又來話讓我往另一邊坐。我明明係跟住個number坐既,點解又要我挪。
