To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

燒肉like係香港都開咗一排，記得之前係沙田諗住想食但好早（6點前）就截咗票，所以一直都無去試。今日行過見到淨係等十張枱左右，咁就試下，都係15分鐘內就有得入座。入座手機掃QR code落單，點完手機比埋錢。我覺得幾好，成件事好自助唔使麻煩到人。一坐低就見到有好多唔同醬汁俾我哋揀，而對我來講日燒最重要就係啲汁，佢哋咁多選擇真係非常之like啊👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼咁我就叫咗個壽喜燒牛小排套餐(200g)，佢唔會話好食到返唔到轉頭，但cp值真係高。食落都有肉香，但有兩舊特別肥，其他整體油脂分布都平均。有時食晏唔想食牛角咁大陣仗，嚟呢度都唔錯，都叫可以頂下癮。Btw提一提如果帶小朋友食可能要注意下過爐，因為我調到好細火都好啦，都會有火搶上嚟。
