今次黎到試咗佢哋的招牌菜 Foie Gras Beef Stroganoff Claypot Rice。呢道菜用咗牛柳同埋鵝肝結合成嘅煲仔飯,呈現得非常吸引。鍋巴金黃香脆,米飯吸收咗豐富的肉汁,味道入面真係相當濃郁。牛肉部分煮得剛剛好,口感滑嫩,咬落去完全唔韌,搭配濃郁的醬汁,讓整道菜充滿層次感。而鵝肝醬的加入更係提升咗整體的風味,入口即化,與牛肉的搭配令人印象深刻,真係一個好享受!除了主菜,我仲叫咗 Crispy Pork Belly Bao。呢道菜的概念有啲似片皮鴨,外皮香脆,內裡的乳豬軟嫩多汁,搭配的甜醬和割包,口感非常特別,唔單止保留咗片皮鴨的精髓,仲增添咗新的風味,食落幾有驚喜 好食😋 Chocolate Molten Lava Cake一切開就有熱巧克力流出,口感滑順,甜而不膩整體而言環境舒服,服務態度幾好,食物質素高質

牛肉部分煮得剛剛好,口感滑嫩,咬落去完全唔韌,搭配濃郁的醬汁,讓整道菜充滿層次感。而鵝肝醬的加入更係提升咗整體的風味,入口即化,與牛肉的搭配令人印象深刻,真係一個好享受!

除了主菜,我仲叫咗 Crispy Pork Belly Bao。呢道菜的概念有啲似片皮鴨,外皮香脆,內裡的乳豬軟嫩多汁,搭配的甜醬和割包,口感非常特別,唔單止保留咗片皮鴨的精髓,仲增添咗新的風味,食落幾有驚喜 好食😋
