一上桌就是濃郁的黑松露香氣撲鼻而來。雞肉嫩滑且帶濃郁的南乳味,香且不會過鹹,米飯吸滿春雞及牛肝菌精華,粒粒分明卻又飽滿濕潤,鍋底帶有一層微微焦脆嘅飯焦,口感味道都在線。

這杯酒使用了白蘭地和Gin,加了烏龍茶
酒味會濃郁一點、重一點,額外多了一份茶香
整體來說是容易入口的,甜度相對而言就低一點,
可能是比較適合男生的味道🍹
