今日嚟到呢間位於上環嘅餐廳度食飯,主打懷舊中菜,有好多平時而家喺酒樓已經好少見嘅菜式,所以帶咗朋友嚟試吓。芝麻蝦多士油溫控制得啱啱好,而且蝦肉非常大粒,所以唔會太吸油。酥炸雲吞雲吞皮夠薄,而且蝦肉夠大粒,非常唔錯。田園沙律用咗中式醬汁,創意十足有開胃嘅感覺。Cornish Crab & Corn Soup蟹肉都算新鮮,而且份量非常夠,我覺得幾好飲Crispy Duck Bao類似北京片皮鴨,不過用咗台式掛包,都算幾有創意,而且細心嘅位係用蒸籠上唔會擺耐咗之後唔夠熱❤️脆皮牛肋骨跟咖喱汁外酥內嫩,搭配香濃的咖喱汁,味道獨特。牛肋骨的肉質多汁,咖喱的香氣提升了整道菜的風味。英式煙肉菜粒炒蛋飯唔會太冧油,粒粒分明,調味適中,非常不錯。套餐仲包咗各人一份甜品,一個係椰絲椰汁芒果cake,另一款係杏仁豆腐慕絲檸檬cake,2款都整得十分唔錯,清新開胃,為呢餐廳飯畫上完美句號😋
