好耐之前已經聽朋友推薦而想嚟,今日就作為同朋友上環中環一日遊嘅尾聲畫個完美嘅句號。因為依間聽講長期排長龍,所以我地都早咗去,好好彩唔洗等位直接入,但都已經差唔多滿啦。餐牌選項都好多,當然要試大家都好推薦嘅炸雞脾配泰式冬陰公河粉(另外仲有粉絲/米粉/金邊粉可以揀),另一個餐就係越式香茅蔥油豬扒煎蛋飯,再加咗炭燒沙嗲豬肉串。本身包一杯餐飲,加錢轉咗特飲,食泰國野最中意就係飲泰式奶茶,另一杯就係青檸檬梳打。個樽好靚好特別!本來泰奶本身比起港式奶茶濃味啲,而依度濃味之餘又唔會太甜太膩,恰到好處。熱焫焫又香噴噴嘅嘢食都好快送到。炸脾大大隻啖啖肉,拎上手果陣仲有小小燙手。外皮食落同外表一樣都脆卜卜,好香口。雞脾本身有醃過,炸完之後肉質仲保持嫩滑好juicy,加埋香料好惹味,邊食果陣啲油仲邊滴緊落嚟。冬陰公湯夠辣,配埋好吸湯嘅河粉超完美!豬扒飯要配埋枱面嘅醬油食,撈埋蔥油同蛋黃超邪惡但真係好好食。豬扒都煎到勁香口好惹味。而串燒都好出色,烤到恰到好處,表面香脆內裡嫩滑,加埋沙嗲醬係一絕。每樣嘢都超好食,唔怪之得聽人講成日都大排長龍。食過一次已經愛上依間店嘅炸脾。
