這次已經是二訪餐廳, 餐廳提供超多個國家的食物, 中日韓泰越, 就算吃足一個星期也不會悶 🤭 地方並不大, 所以尤其午饍時就必定大排長龍, 而晚餐都是滿座, 證明實力是不容忽視 💪🏻 生炸雞脾冬陰功河粉 $84炸雞脾餐肉飯 $70炸雞脾絕對是這裡的必叫名物, 即叫即炸, 所以是熱騰騰的。 雞脾炸到相當香脆, 微微燶邊, 非常惹味 🤩 所以兩次我都連皮一起吃 😌 咬一口雞汁就湧出來, 肉質嫩滑, 手拿雞脾一大口咬下去撕開來吃, 感覺𣈱快! 😁 冬陰功微微酸, 帶一點辣味, 配料有草菇, 豆卜跟大量芫荽 🙃 河粉吸收了冬陰功湯, 非常入味! 餐肉飯就比較港式, 這兩款食物在一起, 只需加點豉油已經非常惹味! 😬越式香茅蔥油豬扒煎蛋飯 $70豬扒同樣煎到香脆內軟, 肉質有彈性, 醃料份量都調配得很好 😊 加上大量蔥油, 連一隻半生熟雞蛋, 超好送飯! 😚 蔥油雖多, 但不會覺得十分油膩, 大概㕑師已把油除去 👍🏻沙爹豬肉串豬肉串本身醃得偏濃味, 所以不加沙爹吃都一樣可以, 反而加了就掩蓋了醃料味, 豬肉串燒得夠惹味, 感覺似在吃豬肉乾 😄食物味道像地道越泰菜, 本身以為廚師是泰國人 (因為樣子黑黑的有點像 😝), 但原來他們是香港人, 單純學過煮越泰菜, 難得這樣有板有眼 😉 continue reading

今次想介紹一間位於上環小巷的東南亞菜小店,因到每天中午就排哂長龍,有次好奇之下就跟住一齊排隊等入座,食物質素同性價比都算幾高,所以今次朋友過黎上環搵我食飯,就揀左呢間小店。🍢🔥👬👫👭🍽️✨ 越式香茅蔥油豬扒煎蛋飯($70),香茅豬扒大大塊,佔了半個碟的位置,豬扒切成一塊塊,骨放在底,肉放在上面,豬扒啖啖肉、塊塊鬆化,炸至金黃色,恰到好處,豬扒配蔥油多了一份香蔥滑溜的味道。我會用旁邊小小的蔥油撈上太陽蛋飯,真是美味又回味。🐷🍳🍛✨ 炸雞脾配泰式冬陰功河粉($84),見到不同枱的食客都拎住炸雞脾食確實滋味,雞脾大大隻,新鮮炸起、外皮炸得脆口,雞肉嫩滑,蒜香味道濃郁。冬陰功河粉的湯底調製得很濃稠,唔算好辣,冬陰功的酸、香茅味突出,好開胃,內裡還有豆卜、魚片、芫茜、紫洋蔥和河粉,食完朋友都話幾暖胃和份量很多,幾有滿足感。🐥🍗🥘✨ 炭燒豬肉串,豬肉串的表面塗上了蜜糖,帶有甜甜的味道,豬肉串的肉質鬆軟,肉汁豐富,旁邊的秘制沙爹醬加入了粗粒的花生和花生醬,令串燒的味道更香口,絕配的搭配。🐷🍢🥜✨ 飲品方面,這店飲品單點也很平價,連平時泰式特飲青檸檬梳打和泰式奶茶都是一律$12,平得來都是有一定質素,非常抵飲。🧋🍋‍🟩🍹 continue reading

【前言】無論lunch hour定非lunch hour 門口永遠大排長龍(同事話佢原本就執 無啦啦上咗社交平台就一夜爆紅)網上comment都好兩極 到底真好食 定名過符實❓-先講雞脾🍗 大過我隻手掌 炸得勁香脆仲有少少燶邊咬落唔算juicy爆汁 但好嫩滑 用筷子已經分得開啲肉而且香茅味超突出!雞皮至雞肉都好入味 係正既 👍🏻✨-再講冬陰功湯 配料有草菇 粟米仔 豆卜 再加大量芫荽 😍不過酸多過辣 唔夠過癮 🌶️揀咗配河粉 索完冬陰功湯係入味又好食 不過當河粉既米漿浸耐左 會令到湯底變糊 下次叫粉絲應該會更正 😎-【總結】值得encore 然後我連續兩日lunch都食佢食到連姐姐都認得我 😂-未食就記得影 // #相機有得食先⚡️ continue reading

自從開關之後,呢間餐廳就突然之間hit左,日日都有一條超長龍,過左幾個月有多都係熱潮未減,今日終於忍唔住去左試下啦,因為冇得book既關係,都係要排一陣,最後都係排左4個字左右就有得食炸雞髀配冬陰功米粉$84其實呢個餐可以揀配雞髀或者豬扒,麵底都可以揀河粉、米粉或者粉絲,可能粉絲會再掛湯d,但就太邪惡啦🤣食得呢個餐最期待都係個湯底,然後好想講,佢真係好好味!濃郁得來又有熟悉既酸酸甜甜,同埋都幾大份炸脾就正常發揮,份量好多嘅關係,最後都係食剩左半隻,不過呢個餐連炸脾食完真係會會大滿足既 continue reading
