八爪魚煮得非常之腍,混合薯蓉一齊食,有少少咬口之餘配合薯蓉幼滑,忍唔住食完一啖又一啖


Seared Hokkaido scallop
帶子煎得好香,唔會過熟


Jamon tortilla
西班牙菜必叫嘅薯仔蛋餅,必點之選,上面鋪滿咗有質素嘅Parma Ham,鹹香夾住香滑嘅蛋餅,層次即刻唔同晒,大推👍🏻


Deboned suckling pig
有啲似我哋平時食開嘅乳豬,個皮焗到好脆,肉非常入味,最有趣嘅就係混合甜薯做醬,不錯


Lobster & octopus juicy rice
最後叫咗個龍蝦飯,飯充滿着香濃既龍蝦汁,波士頓龍蝦肉質都ok,好滿足


Torrija Spanish french toast
最後叫咗個法式吐司,上面有個朱古力雪糕,成餐飯非常圓滿既結尾
