我同朋友都鍾意食日本菜,所以就相約左喺上環既和緣食晚飯。和緣 主打日本割烹料理,晚市餐單有Lite Dinner Menu ($1480+10%/p.p.)以及Dinner Experience Menu ($1880+10%/p.p.),我地就品嚐左Dinner Experience Menu 。7道菜既menu首先以先付揭開序幕,冷素麵上面有海膽、魚子醬、芽葱,賣相精緻,食落清爽。然後就到造里,有三款刺身,拖羅經煙燻散發香氣,油脂亦甘香,軟燸既牡丹蝦經昆布茶漬,而鮑魚就質感彈牙,伴以胡麻醋同長芋。第三道菜就有毛蟹真丈薄葛出汁。飲落順喉。下一道菜就係揚物,甘鯛脆身亦唔油膩,黑醋醬汁酸得嚟開胃。強肴就有和牛壽喜燒,用上日本鹿兒島A4和牛,柔軟帶有脂香。食事就有櫻花蝦土鍋飯,配上椰菜、栗米等,櫻花蝦炸過後增添香氣。最後就以餡料有白豆沙既蕨餅作結,質感煙韌,灑上青豆粉。除此之外,加$220追加左和緣既其中一款招牌菜式,天婦羅紫菜上盛載住吞拿魚腩、海膽、牡丹蝦,口感豐富,上面伴以紅菜頭泡沫,用手拎住食,非常滿足。
