做咗foodie之後肥咗好多,加埋考試一輪暴飲暴食真係肥到唔能夠面對自己個大肚腩🤰🏻 呢排開始做返啲運動,發現中上環區都幾多pilates studio,所以都多咗係呢頭搵啲健康餐食下,今次搵到上環嘅一間poke小店🥗呢到有自選夏威夷蓋飯,先揀飯底/沙律菜,再按個人喜好揀protein、配料、醬汁同香口脆脆🤙🏻 一上枱都幾大份,而且有用心思擺盤,打卡都唔錯💝 呢到都有好多款肉類選擇,除咗有平時嘅海鮮類呢到仲有牛腱肉同雞胸揀,今次就揀咗吞拿魚鮮蝦,食落都唔會有雪藏味,配料揀咗車厘茄、青瓜、雜錦香菇同西蘭花,整體都幾新鮮,特別鍾意佢哋嘅蜜糖黃芥未醬,加咗啲日式飯素同七味粉調味冇咁寡,低卡又令成個bowl味道豐富啲~除咗poke bowl,呢到仲有多款預設沙律,朋友就要咗一份The Spicy Popeye ($98),呢份沙律有足足300g 慢煮雞胸,蛋白質滿滿,雞胸亦都好夠滑😳除咗沙律菜,佢仲有芫荽莎莎,藜麥車厘茄沙律,指天椒碎同花生碎,一上枱個陣指天椒味已經惹味到流晒口水🤤 如果覺得唔夠味仲可以額外加佢哋另上嘅和風沙律汁~總括嚟講,呢間poke同沙律都平衡到食物嘅味道同埋對健康嘅追求,
