To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這間星月樓在上環區算是數一數二街坊首選的酒樓,今次我因參加親友生日聚會,才第一次來試下晚巿套餐。碧綠珊瑚玉帶子帶子很鮮嫩,蔬菜新鮮爽口,正常好食的一道菜,如果份量再多一點就好了。松露榆耳伴蝦球蝦球肉質鮮嫩,食落口感覺似龍躉,而且不是太鹹,充分感受到蝦肉的鮮味,不錯。清蒸海東星斑豐腴肥美,口感绵密嫩滑,啖啖肉,入口即化,散發出誘人的魚香味。蠔皇蝦籽柚皮扣玉掌很有心思製作的一道菜式,不是很多酒樓提供。柚皮炆得軟淋,醬汁亦很濃郁,令鵝掌很入味。當紅炸子雞皮脆肉嫩,雞皮炸到脆卜卜,燒得金黃脆香,可以咬到索索聲,不會有肥脂肪黐住雞肉,雞肉嫩滑,肉汁鮮甜,就算雞胸位都不會乾柴。京蔥爆炒海參海參吃起來很Q彈,再加上蔥姜爆炒,濃郁的味道,口感特別。紅燒大鮑翅魚翅色澤自然,翅針彈牙,吃來口感細緻,絲絲分明而有彈性。水餃長壽伊麵水餃雖然只得兩粒,但夠大粒,蝦特別爽脆,加上鮮嫩嘅雲耳和掛汁的伊麵,口感不錯。菜單好豐富,而且有埋壽桃包,用來慶祝長輩生日就最好不過了。

蝦球肉質鮮嫩,食落口感覺似龍躉,而且不是太鹹,充分感受到蝦肉的鮮味,不錯。

豐腴肥美,口感绵密嫩滑,啖啖肉,入口即化,散發出誘人的魚香味。
