這碟係炸肉排,起源於19世紀維也納,衣家喺中歐常常見到,做法係將肉壓軟後表面用麵包屑包住去炸,唔厚比較薄身,食落有麵包屑脆炸同豬肉嫩滑嘅口感,唔油膩,而配菜同樣出色,小編尤其喜歡薯蓉,特別香口綿滑

這碟係地中海式香料烤魚,做法主要將薯仔切片加入秘製醬汁做底,上面放上用鹽、黑胡椒同橄欖油醃好嘅魚,放入烤箱烤,味道比較濃烈,好獨特小編未試過,已經係走辣但我仲有微辣,這反而更吸引更能帶出魚香味
