唔好睇我成日食西餐,其實中餐都好鍾意食,尤其傳統菜式。今次試吓位於上環前身蓮香居既 ”六安居”。 🥢家鄉煎釀鯪魚呢道菜簡直挑起了對家人既思念,已經好耐無食過了! 將鯪魚「煎皮拆骨」再還原魚形,真正係手工菜。釀鯪魚,入口陳皮香味明顯,冬菇粒、馬蹄粒、豬肉、蝦米,味道有層次。 鯪魚外皮煎得甘香。 🥢蒜香脆炸雞食中菜,不得不點雞,二人點了半隻。外皮薄身炸得香脆,肉質嫩滑,雞胸部份飽滿juicy,特調甜豉油都好味。 🦐大花蝦有3種食法,除左我地揀既豉油王,仲可以點椒鹽,茄汁。 整隻大蝦都吸收晒豉油汁油泡過既大蝦香口惹味,入味到蝦殼都想食埋 肉質爽口彈牙。 下次帶埋家人一定要試埋六安霸王鴨😻
