To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Food Sec呢日終於成功逼(no!佢係自願既☺️)Food Boss 試呢間花花主題既cafe🤣。Evershine Cafe 主打健康輕食，仲好貼心咁list埋每項食品既卡路里，幾適合係中上環返工又注重健康既上班族。1. 輕煎帶子黑松露菠菜牛肝菌意粉 ($78)帶子厚切大粒，煎得岩岩好。整體口感creamy，松露味唔太重。👩🏻‍💻7/102. 藍色螺旋藻乳酪碗 ($78)呢個幾有驚喜，平時唔太中意乳酪，但呢個無平時太raw既乳酸味，同時又唔會一味死甜，配搭唔同嘅生果同乾蕃薯片口感清新又爽脆，雖然唔太食到藍色螺旋藻係咩味😂，但整體都幾fresh幾特別。👩🏻‍💻8.5/103. 女神 Lady花茶 (玫瑰 洛神花 千日紅 檸檬 甜菊葉) （$40)覺得咁多隻味入面玫瑰味最搶，其他都尚算平均。入口順口，四十蚊有成壺算幾抵飲，杯口仲要係心型，岩曬女士打卡😚❤️。👩🏻‍💻7/10
