To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

以前喺上環返工，誤打誤撞喺荷李活中心隔離揾到呢間茶檔，之後嗰幾個月周不時都會過嚟食。早排經過荷李活中心，見到商場已經裝修完，G樓開咗間新嘅cafe，叫elephant grounds，印象中記得同事話幾好飲，2樓都好似開咗間食燒肉嘅，可以遲啲試下。入返正題，既然咁耐冇嚟，就去大喜食埋飯先走啦。大喜選擇都唔少，不過我今次想食佢個梅菜扣肉飯，另有跟餐仲會送碗老火例湯。我鍾意大喜嘅梅菜扣肉主要有兩個原因。第一係佢個梅菜咸甜適中，味道啱啱好，岀面好多茶記都未必搞得掂。第二係佢有好多梅菜，對於我呢啲鍾意撈汁食飯嘅人簡直係極品。例湯係粉葛湯，普通葛湯咁味。餐飲一如往常都係凍檸茶。如果你喺上環返工想食啲平靚正嘅嘢，我會推薦你試試大喜茶檔。
