今晚港島區朋友帶我捐窿捐罅搵嘢食,知道上環好多高質餐廳~估唔到呢間真係好高質!環境一流~店員親切~最搞笑係…~原來佢哋外國人樣…但識廣東話㗎~等我仲全程同佢哋用英文交流,唔好畀個menu嚇親!🤭🤣🍕Terroir: Pissladiere尼斯洋蔥鰻魚橄欖薄餅面頭配咗半粒橄欖,係我喜歡嘅味道~焦糖洋蔥炒得好香,好甜!係一個幾好嘅風土特色~🐙Starter: Salade de poulpe嫩炒八爪魚酸酸甜甜嘅開胃沙律,八爪魚好軟熟,一啲都唔韌,配上車厘茄、洋蔥、橄欖~個汁有少少似唔辣嘅檸檬泰式汁~好醒胃!🥩Main: Entrecote grillee sauce bearnaise肉眼牛扒配薯條件肉眼肉質非常好!肥瘦均稱,肉質嫩滑,牛味香濃!🥰👍🏻medium rare微微有少少血水~配上橄欖油醋沙律,最啱口味嘅配搭!!🌿Side: Epinands a la creme忌廉菠菜估唔到side dish都幾大碟~菠菜配忌廉汁簡直係天衣無縫!佢又唔會好似有啲整到水汪汪或者太鹹~調味啱啱好,而且啲菠菜唔會煮到老晒~🧇Dessert: Tarte tatin d' abricot, sorb

杏脯撻配開心果雪芭
杏脯撻暖笠笠…配上上面嘅sorbet,又係另一番風味,開心果雪芭唔會太甜,但係好香果仁嘅味道~最鍾意杏脯嗰種獨特嘅香味,個撻皮都好脆口,為今餐劃上完美句號!!🥰
