終於忙完其中一個大project,所以同朋友book咗一間上環隱世法式fine dine慶祝🥳餐廳裝修好靚好有情調,如果生日過嚟慶祝都會好開心💕我哋兩個都叫咗opera tasting menu,食到超飽超滿足🫰🏻 *8-course opera tasting menu $1280pp*🍞Parker house/whipped brown butter麵包非常鬆軟配上自家製嘅牛油超好食🤤🌟Hamachi/ caviar一開個盒原來係魚子,下面有鰤魚加味醂柚子醋,成個味道好夾。🫧Polmard Beef Tartare/ Smoked Pike roe脆筒入面有咸香嘅煙燻魚子為beef tartare添上層次。✨Jerusalem Artichoke Soup菊芋之前我未食過原來煲湯之後味道似菇菌類但多咗一份清甜。🐟Red Snapper/ Tomato/ Basel牛油香煎鯛魚,皮脆肉滑。下面配上蕃茄高湯、檸檬葉同百里香平衡油膩感。🍖Kagoshima pork belly/ apple鹿兒島豬腩肥瘦相間,加上紫薯蓉、紫蘇葉醬、本菇,油香四溢。🥩A4 Miyazaki / Blac

麵包非常鬆軟配上自家製嘅牛油超好食🤤

一開個盒原來係魚子,下面有鰤魚加味醂柚子醋,成個味道好夾。
🫧Polmard Beef Tartare/ Smoked Pike roe
脆筒入面有咸香嘅煙燻魚子為beef tartare添上層次。

用上鰹魚汁煮日本七星米伴入蟹肉絲上面再加上魚子,好有海鮮味嘅risotto。

有四種唔同嘅mini甜品earl grey tea tart、chocolate cookie、可麗露、雜莓白朱古力。我最鍾意食係earl grey tea tart上面係伯爵茶蛋白餅,下面cream好香伯爵茶味。
