以前黎過Honjo食野,嗰陣覺得佢嘅味道同埋氣氛都特別好,聽朋友介紹講,佢地最新出弒個menu,而且係行政總廚 Yuri Liuzzo 精心打造嘅全新菜式,呈現當代意式料理的同時,保持了品牌「Honest Italian」的精髓,就決定黎嘆一下,而我地食嘅係The Dreamer Tasting Menu,呢度嘅職員服務一樣係咁好,每樣嘢食嚟到都會介紹一下⭐️Edamame 上菜前有枝豆提供,非常貼心,鹹鹹地脆卜卜,正⭐️Unagi 鰻魚香滑,加上炸過的壽司同魚子,味道上滿分⭐️Hamachi 廚房刀工一流,黃尾魚刺身切到好薄,特別鍾意佢個醬汁,完全將刺身嘅鮮味引發哂出黎⭐️Octopus章魚加上三文魚子嘅組合,令到口感上更加彈牙同有層次感,配上壽司飯,整體嘅感覺滿分⭐️Wings無骨炸雞依落好方便,黑糖嘅甜味完全融入咗喺雞入面,食落去成個口都有種淡淡嘅香味⭐️Sashimi & Sushi 一隻小小嘅船,視覺上已經係一種享受,加上新鮮嘅魚生,味覺同埋視覺上都得到滿足⭐️Chicken半隻煙燻烤雞,送到上枱面嗰陣,都仲有陣陣嘅煙飄緊出嚟,淨係靠嗅覺,已經完全突顯到佢嘅香味⭐️Broccolini &

⭐️Matcha Lava
心太軟一吉落去,濃濃嘅抹茶味立即滲透出後,而且口感好滑,再配上雲呢拿雪糕,2個的味道好夾,餅乾都好脆,值得推介
