馬友魚用昆布醃咗一晚再煎香,再用昆布、鰹魚高湯煮成醬汁,魚皮香脆,味道鮮香,湯汁濃郁到不得了,再配合鹹香嘅火腿和檸檬葉,口感豐富,充滿啲魚的鹽香

慢煮母鴨胸配覆盆子,鴨肉鮮嫩得像法式血鴨一樣,味道很濃,口感有咬口後Juicy ,配上大酸甜的覆盆子醬汁,惹味非常,伴菜的法式西蘭花亦好滋味

全晚最期待嘅黃油雞,出埸賣相絕佳,整整隻雞的外皮金黃酥脆,屁股位插住大大支香草,香味四射,雞皮口感香脆充滿雞油香,雞肉嫩滑又入味,味道鹹香充滿雞味,食完令人再三回味,要食記得提早預訂
