To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

中午同同事一齊食lunch行到去九如坊咁遠老遠已經見到九記排曬長龍好彩唔係食佢餐廳對面有一幅壁畫幾靚不過冇影底午市真係好多人等左成15分鐘先坐得低響等位途中已經諗好晒食乜一坐低就即刻送咗杯豆漿上嚟先豆漿好甜冇豆味飲到最底有好多豆渣響度應該係午市太多人一早就倒好晒無錫骨同醉雞無錫骨幾好味不過肉滷到又硬又老醉雞好重酒味排骨同烤麩排骨冇乜特別普通炸豬扒烤麩有生根同冬菇少少甜幾好味擔擔麵估唔到個擔擔麵幾辣不過除咗辣味就冇乜層次湯底都唔夠濃亦都冇乜咸味同埋間野嘅服務態度真係麻麻地見我哋張枱仲有一個位就想坐多兩個客入嚟好彩個兩個人都覺得迫行返出去冇坐低同埋雖然見到佢出邊有五個喺度等緊枱但係都冇理由餸都未食晒就收走佢坐低唔夠15分鐘就俾人趕走左喇服務質素有好大進步空間茶記都坐得舒服過佢我估晚市可能會好啲掛
